The endowment will support resident education for the future. Maintaining the best possible residency training program requires constant funding for educational initiatives that will keep our residency training program at the apex of our specialty. Unfortunately, funding for education are the hardest dollars to find. As chair I have worked tirelessly to try and maintain this effort, but without a sustained source of funding, I fear that over time our residency program will begin to lose its position as the most competitive in the nation. There's no better way to make an impact and give back to the institution that trained you! Make a one-time pledge or a multi-year gift!
